This collaboration between Marco Pelletier, Raj, and the Gonet Family gives us a rare, stunning Champagne from a tiny plot resting upon pure chalk, that also happens to be one of the most legendary parcels that the Gonet family owns.  

The wine aged for 60 months in barrels from Domaine Roulot. It’s a single vineyard wine made from a Grand Cru Vineyard - Le Mesnil Sur Oger. Hautes Mottes is the oldest parcel in the vineyard in Mesnil.

The wine is lean and racy, with a mineral component. The finish is long, bracing, slightly toasty, and very elegant.
