The second vintage of Romance Chardonnay is irresistibly Sandhi — awash in flinty, gunpowder-like reduction, sea spray and bergamot zest which sail on the palate, full and invigorating. Tart citrus and minerality weave a fabric that is tightly knit but not without lasting, wide concentration to build alongside delicate chamomile and orchard fruit notes with time in the glass.
