About
Though low in alcohol and far from rich, this wine is so elegant and complex that to use the word restrained would be a disservice. Nothing is held back, all is in balance, the purple flowers, cured and almost candied meat, cracked black pepper and tapenade tattooing a cool-climate Syrah that also finds plenty of blue fruit. With depth, freshness and structure, the historic old vines of Bien Nacido Vineyard continue to delight.
